£13 to £15 an hour dependent on experience
Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing:
- Setting and operating machines, working on a production line
- Regularly checking machines during operation to ensure the highest quality of product is produced
- Labelling and packing items ready for dispatch
- Conducting quality checks of the product
- Completing production paperwork
- Completing daily checks
- Follow Safe Working Practices
- Adhere to Health & Safety and environmental procedures and regulations
A Few Things About You:
You must be a team player, self‑motivated and able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and self‑discipline to get the work done as you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers.
You must also have a great eye for detail as quality is very important to us.
You must also be comfortable working flexible hours on a continental shift pattern, working days, nights, and weekends. This role requires standing for long periods.
Your Experience Will Include:
- Having previously worked as a production operative in manufacturing (Desirable) or
- Having previously worked in a practical manual role
- You will have experience of working shifts
When You’ll Be Working:
You will be working the 24/7 Rota, which is a rotating 4-week pattern, working rotating days and nights, hours from 06:45/19:00 to 18:45/07:00.
It is an average 39.5 hour working week.
