- Get an in‑depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work.
- Gain operational experience in a start‑up and help build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe’s most prolific and successful serial entrepreneurs.
- Work closely with the CEO on our business‑development strategy.
- Engage in conversations with CEOs and MDs of leading European companies across multiple industries.
- Receive international exposure and expand your professional network across the Nova Group, gaining unique access to our network of leaders.
Responsibilities
- Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.
- Understand customer pain points, requirements, and the value that FirstMind can deliver.
- Learn how to present FirstMind solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.
- Assist in introducing FirstMind Practitioner Courses, feedback sessions, and subscriptions to key decision makers.
- Assist in developing a successful pipeline of commercial leads and clients.
- Draft and present client proposals.
- Deliver feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries.
- Initiate intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.
Expectations
- Working toward completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Innate desire to advise, deal, and work with people.
- Genuine interest in learning and proactively looking for ways to improve.
- Self‑starter, motivated and organized.
- Driven to be part of a dynamic and fast‑paced start‑up environment.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
