Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking an Information Advice & Support Officer to help run the Best Start Family Hubs in Barrow-in-Furness. You will engage with families and visitors, manage mailboxes, record-keeping and data presentation, and support event delivery.
You will need excellent people skills, strong communication, and experience with Microsoft apps, case management and financial systems; able to work independently or with partners, and to prioritise tasks.
