The Role As a Senior Social Worker, you will
- Assess risk and develop robust child protection plans
- Implement safeguarding strategies using the Family Safeguarding Model
- Work directly with children, young people, and families to reduce risk
- Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to ensure best outcomes
- Maintain clear, high-quality case recordings
- You will have autonomy in managing your diary while being backed by a friendly, experienced team.
About You
- Qualified Social Worker
- Registered with Social Work England
- Experience in statutory child protection/safeguarding
- Confident managing caseloads within a multi-disciplinary setting
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and families
