Shift pattern: Friday and Saturday 5/6pm – 2am and Bank Holiday Sundays.
A day in the life of a glass collector / bar back at our hotel
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
- Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well‑organised dining space.
- Keep the dining and bar area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
- Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
What we need from you
- A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
- Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
- Team‑focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
- Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, handling peak times with ease.
