Health Records Clerk: Detail‑Driven Patient Care Support

Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Records Clerical Officer to support patient care by ensuring records are managed accurately and confidentially across the Trust. The role spans the Evolve Team and Clinic Preparation/Reception Team to support digitisation and clinic readiness.
