Estate Services Technician – Maintenance & Community Care

Amplius in Grimsby is seeking a hands-on Handyperson to maintain communal areas and prepare empty properties for new customers. You’ll perform cleaning, minor repairs, decorating and ensure compliance with fire safety procedures, reporting larger issues as needed.

You will need practical skills in painting, decorating, basic joinery and plumbing, plus good customer service, record keeping, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A full UK driving licence and DBS may be required.
