Senior Social Worker – Disabled Children & Complex Cases

Cornwall Council is seeking an experienced social worker to provide statutory social care for children, young people and families. You will work under Team Manager or Principal Social Worker, ensuring expert practice in complex cases and high standards of assessment and reporting.

You will chair meetings, support case conferences, mentor junior staff and contribute to service improvement while maintaining the public-facing professional standards and safeguarding commitments.
