We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading Fleet Solutions business, part of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, for a Customer Service & Complaints Administrator to join their busy and growing customer service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigating issues, resolving customer concerns, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role supporting customers using salary sacrifice schemes, handling enquiries and complaints, and working with multiple stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing customer queries and complaints via email and telephone
  • Reviewing and analysing inbound customer communications
  • Investigating complaints and gathering information from multiple sources
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to establish facts
  • Negotiating and communicating complaint resolutions professionally and effectively
  • Triaging cases and escalating where appropriate
  • Managing your own caseload and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Using Microsoft Office and web-based systems to compile and analyse information
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the customer journey

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally including complaints handling
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, databases, and internal systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Contact centre, administration, or case management experience is beneficial
