We are looking to appoint a dynamic and compassionate Social Worker to join the Social Work Team at Rampton Hospital, part of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Responsibilities
In this role you will report to the Social Work Manager and play a key part in delivering a high‑quality Social Care service to a forensic patient population across our four clinical care streams including Men’s Mental Health, Men’s Personality Disorder, National High Secure Women’s Service, National High Secure Deaf Service and National Learning Disability Service.
You will manage a caseload of up to 25 forensic patients and their families or carers, work as part of a dynamic multi‑disciplinary team, liaise with external agencies and contribute to complex assessments and reports.
Qualifications
You should have an interest in secure mental health services, be knowledgeable about relevant legislation, and have a strong understanding of safeguarding adults and children.
Regular supervision, support, and opportunities for professional development are provided.
