Housing Debt Recovery Specialist

Riverside is seeking an Income Management Officer to maximise rental income and manage arrears, supporting tenants and sustaining tenancies. The role is based in the Midlands with opportunities on-site at Carlisle or Leicester and focuses on debt collection, payment plans and preventing homelessness.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate affordable plans, use early intervention and liaise with Housing teams to reduce evictions while meeting income targets.
