Job Description:
NHS Borders is seeking an enthusiastic CTAC Admin Assistant Bank (Band 2) to join the new Primary & Community Services admin hub in Melrose. You will answer calls, book appointments, greet patients and support colleagues across the CTAC service.
The role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with occasional travel to other admin bases across the Borders. Training will be provided; knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
