IT Support Technician — Keep Systems Running

Jobtailor in Northampton is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our warehouse operations. You will provide frontline technical help across the site, resolving hardware, software and system queries and ensuring services stay available.

You will install and maintain IT equipment, manage tickets, and support updates and small projects with minimal disruption, while reporting on performance and trends to improve service delivery.
