Care Home Facilities Technician (Maintenance & Safety)

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Facility Assistant to support its Direct Services residential care homes. The role covers routine maintenance, environmental checks, health and safety tasks, and fire and equipment checks to ensure homes remain safe and well‑maintained for residents and staff.

Applicants should be reliable, flexible and practical with good communication skills, able to work independently or as part of a team, and hold a full UK driving licence.
