School Facilities Technician – Maintenance & Safety

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Site Technician to join our FM segment. The Site Technician will be based at Tudor Grange St. James Academy in Solihull.

Working hours are 37 per week, 52 weeks a year with an hourly rate of £13.50. The role involves site maintenance, porterage, BMS system management and out-of-hours cover. A full driving licence is required and experience in education settings would be advantageous.
