Ware & Kay Solicitors Ltd is seeking a proactive Wills & Probate Paralegal to deliver expert support on complex estate matters and private client cases from day one. You will manage your own caseload, draft correspondence, prepare probate documents, and assist with LPAs, meeting clients as needed.
You will coordinate with executors, financial institutions, HMCTS, and the supervising solicitor to keep estates moving and deadlines met, while maintaining meticulous records.
