We provide high‑level support to enable them to achieve personal goals and live normal lives in the community and their own homes.

About The Role

As a Flexibank Support Worker, you will provide high‑quality enabling care, working with clients daily to promote independence and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement person‑centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
• Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
• Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person‑centered records.
• Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self‑administration.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
