Youth Housing & Independence Coach

YMCA DownsLink Group in Brighton is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to manage a caseload of residents and develop weekly support plans. You will help residents build independent living skills while following safeguarding and tenancy guidance.

The role requires experience in housing for young people, strong record-keeping in In-Form, and comfort with a 7-day rolling rota including evenings and weekends. Permanent full-time position in Brighton.
