1:1 SEMH Support Assistant – Primary School Impact

RIBBONS AND REEVES in Barnet is placing a SEMH Support Assistant in a primary school from September 2026. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Lower KS2 pupil with SEMH and SEND needs, helping with learning, emotional development and classroom engagement.

The role is term-time only with a PAYE salary of £460-£530 per week. You will develop specialist skills in behaviour support, safeguarding and personalised interventions while working closely with experienced teachers and SEN
