Independent Study Coach — Learning Support

Worcester Sixth Form College is seeking a permanent Level 2 Learning Support Assistant to support students in Independent Study sessions and one-to-one settings. The role covers collaboration across the college services, with duties including classroom support and Learning Resources Centre assistance.

The successful candidate will be qualified to Level 3 and able to support Level 3 learners; the post is full-time, term-time (190 days), with a start date of Monday 24th August 2026.
