Hands-On Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Wolviston Management Services are supporting our client in Billingham to recruit a Facilities / Maintenance Operative. You will perform a range of general maintenance tasks to keep buildings, grounds and site facilities in good order and to support day-to-day operations.

The role requires practical skills across building trades, a proactive approach and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and compliance at all times.
