You’ll have experience working within an operations or account management role. Dealing with clients and internal colleagues across various departments including supply chain, logistics and warehousing, along with purchasing too!
You’ll be highly organised and able to multitask depending on the demands of the business. You are driven and can think on your feet, you embrace a challenge and want to succeed.

Responsibilities/Requirements
- Manage key accounts
- Identify/Manage stock and product levels
- Plan and schedule deliveries
- Query management
- Solid understanding of stock control/logistics/purchasing processes
- Prepare and review shipping documentation
- IT Literate in MS Office and internal CRM’s
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous background in customer service and relationship building
