Part-Time Maintenance & Facilities Technician

Shaftesbury is seeking a part-time Maintenance person to perform general maintenance and repairs at Brookside House, Edgware. The role involves regular inspections, logging and reporting for specialist maintenance, and supporting Health and Safety to prevent hazards.

Duties include minor repairs, painting, furniture assembly, light bulb changes, and basic landscaping. The position is permanent, 20 hours per week, with benefits and DBS/Access NI clearance as part of safeguarding commitments.
