We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our award‑winning Rapport team.
You will be based in one of our client’s fantastic offices in Farringdon. Our client is a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
You will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to clients and customers, keeping the office running, and supporting projects, events, and day‑to‑day operations. This role is ideal for someone with great rapport and a proactive approach.
Type of contract: Part‑time, 6 month Fixed Term.Hours: 24 per week (Tuesday – Thursday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM).Salary: £19,500 per annum.

Main Responsibilities
- Cover all customer service duties at the office, always providing a top experience and service to all clients.
- Assist in meeting and greeting stakeholders, and provide in‑room assistance as necessary in meeting rooms.
- Be the first point of contact for the client, having a helpful and approachable attitude, ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.
- Support the resolution of any logistical and technical issues, and escalations as appropriate to the relevant teams.
- Complete regular audits where requested.
- Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via telephone, radio, email, or Teams in a timely manner.
- Support other ad‑hoc duties as required.

- Ideally have previous experience in a similar customer‑service environment (e.g. 5* hotel or corporate background).
