Residential Support Worker – Complex Needs & Autism (Term Time)

Randstad Education is recruiting for a support worker in a specialist school and residential setting near East Grinstead. The role is full-time and permanent, 44 hours per week, term-time only, with a welcoming, supportive team and on-site parking.

You will work with children and young people from age 6+ with complex needs, in a residential setting attached to the school. Shifts include early 6:30am–1:30pm and late 3:30pm–10pm; expectations include training and progression opportunities.
