Compassionate Care & Support Worker — 36h/Week

CareTech is seeking a Support Worker to join Whitecliffs Lodge in Dover. The role is 36 hours per week at £13.03 per hour plus £78.30 per sleep-in. It is a permanent, full-time position requiring a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Training is provided, with DBS clearance funded by CareTech.

You will support residents with daily living, promote independence and maintain records within a team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care in a residential setting.
