Forklift Reach Truck Driver

Location: Wolverhampton, WV13 Salary: £13.75 – £14.00 per hour DOE + overtime Hours: Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract: Temp-to-perm / Permanent

3 Shifts available:

• Monday to Friday 2pm till 10pm
• Sunday to Thursday 10pm till 6am
• Monday to Friday 10pm till 6am

About the role:

We’re recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers for a busy warehouse in WV13. You’ll be moving, stacking, and picking palletised goods using a reach truck in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a reach forklift truck safely to load/unload HGVs and move stock in racking up to 10m high
• Complete picking, put-away, and replenishment tasks using a handheld scanner/WMS
• Carry out daily pre-use forklift checks and report any defects
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area in line with HSE procedures
• Support team targets for accuracy, speed, and damage-free handling
• Complete basic admin: paperwork, PODs, and stock checks

What we’re looking for

Essential:

• Valid RTITB, NPORS, or CPCS Reach Truck licence – must be in date
• Previous warehouse/reach truck experience – minimum 6 months
• Good attention to detail + ability to work to targets
• Ability to work shifts including nights/weekends
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

• FLT Reach licence
• Picker experience
• Experience with distribution systems
• FLT experience in cold/chill environments
