Support Coordinator – Housing & Outreach Lead

Home Group in Camborne is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist residents in a residential setting and to deliver outreach across the old Penwith area. The role involves coordinating Support Workers and providing person-centred help to customers with varied needs.
