Engineering Service Scheduler — Maximo & SLA Expert

Mitie Birmingham is seeking a Service Desk Scheduler to manage the engineering delivery at Mitie Birmingham T2, Trinity Park. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and requires using CAFM systems to allocate engineers and subcontractors to achieve first-time fixes and meet SLAs.

You will document job details in IT systems, optimise schedules for productivity, coordinate third-party attendance, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and on time.
