Service Delivery & Customer Care Agent

DPD UK is recruiting for a customer service representative at our Stoke-on-Trent pickup office. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, and support the pickup shop network to deliver first-time right resolutions.

Working Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with Saturdays 9am–1pm on a rota basis, 37.5 hours per week, salary circa £25,000. We value flexibility, proactive problem solving, and customer care and offer employee benefits.
