Job Description:
Barca Community Support Navigators work in outreach supporting people who are or have been homeless and have a history of rough sleeping. They work with small caseloads, using a person-centered approach to build relationships.
Navigators collaborate with providers across local authority, criminal justice, health systems, policing teams and community networks as part of the Safer Leeds Street Outreach Support Team.
