Maintenance Operations Administrator — Revenue & Warranty Focus

BT Group is seeking a Maintenance Operations Administrator in Chesterfield to support the Operations Team Leader and Manager. You will help manage parts, warranties and chargeable activities, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue opportunities while maintaining efficient day-to-day maintenance operations.

You will collaborate with Business Field Operations and Solutions to drive continuous improvement, meet SLAs, and deliver high-quality service to BT customers.
