FM Conway are seeking a proactive Multi Skilled Operative for our Theale Asphalt Plant. You will operate the plant and related equipment to support production for customers, joining on a permanent basis with a mix of day and night shifts.
Key duties include operating machinery safely, loading materials, and performing weighbridge functions while adhering to health and safety procedures. Prior similar experience is desirable, and a UK driving licence is essential.
