Banking Customer Care Agent – Fixed-Term, 37.5h

Metro Bank Basildon is seeking a Banking Representative on a fixed term contract. You will be the face of Metro Bank, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers choose suitable products and services.

The role requires strong customer relationships, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Training will be blended across live sessions, online modules, and on-the-job coaching. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours) based on a Monday–Friday schedule.
