Assistant Manager & Deputy DSL – Education Lead

Renew Education in Bridgwater is seeking a passionate and resilient teacher/mentor to support young people, including those with SEMH needs or trauma, starting September 2026. You will plan a broad, balanced curriculum and mentor students to build confidence and achievement.

The role includes acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, coordinating with schools, and contributing to a safe, nurturing learning environment.
