Responsibilities

• Provide management support to the General Manager and act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is unavailable.
• Use communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service that they can be proud of.
• Act as role model and guide team development.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests, keeping them coming back.
