Requirements of our Grounds Maintenance Operative

• Grounds maintenance experience including detailing work, hand pruning and watering.
• Good plant identification and adept at detecting disease and pests.
• Problem solving proactive approach.
• Driver’s licence and confident with towing.

Desirable but not essential:

• PA1 & PA6 Spraying Licence.
• Royal Horticultural Society qualifications.

Responsibilities of our Grounds Maintenance Operative

• Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for grass cutting, leaf blowing, strimming and associated grounds maintenance tasks.
• You will also carry out general planting tasks, shrubs, trees etc.
• You will deliver great services to a high standard.
