Term-Time Support Worker: Build Skills in Psychology & Care

Randstad Education is seeking a Support Worker on a term-time only basis at our Lingfield campus in Surrey. This role offers 39 weeks per year with Monday-to-Friday patterns and a generous hourly pay of £12.71–£13.65, dependent on qualifications and experience.

You will support young people aged 4-25 with complex needs, contribute to behavioural plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal for studying or blocks, with funded professional qualifications on offer.
