Residential Support Worker – Youth LD & Complex Needs

Connective Careers Pathways is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join a specialist service in Newcastle-under-Lyme for young people with complex needs. The role covers day and overnight shifts, with a rolling rota and approx. 5 sleep-ins per month.

You will support holistic care, life skills, and safeguarding, with a NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare preferred and a competitive rate of £14.00 per hour plus £65 sleep-in; annual earnings around £33,100.
