Care & Support Worker – Flexible Working & Community Impact

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding healthcare at Longfield House, Bradford. The role is full time (42 hours) with 12-hour shifts, alternating weekends on a two-week rota, days only, making a positive difference in our residents’ lives.

We offer an apprenticeship scheme, flexible working with overtime and regular coaching. Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check. Salary: £13.15 per hour rising after probation and progression.
