Night Support Worker: Empowering Care for Adults

CareTech Community Services in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. This night-based role offers a permanent full-time contract and rota-based shifts.

You will help with daily living, promote independence, maintain records, and join a supportive team at Coveberry Oldbury. Training is provided, DBS required, and visa restrictions noted; drivers desirable but not essential.
