Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our award-winning team in our Farringdon office. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, supporting day-to-day operations and events.

The position is part-time (24 hours per week) on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with shifts Tue–Thu between 7 AM and 7 PM. Salary is £19,500 per annum.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, communication-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
