ZIGUP plc is seeking an Assistant Manager/Lead Vehicle Damage Assessor in Hoddesdon. You will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare repair estimates, and liaise with insurers to secure repair authority. You’ll guide technicians, support workshop workflow, and stay updated on repair methodologies and insurer requirements.

You will mentor peers, collaborate across departments, and help ensure every vehicle is returned safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
