U16 Girls Academy Lead Coach – High-Performance Football

Brentford Community Sports Trust is seeking a Lead Coach for the U16 Girls Academy. You will plan, deliver and review the programme, aligning with the club’s playing philosophy and academy curriculum.

The role covers training sessions, matchdays, talent ID and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. The ideal candidate has UEFA B Licence, safeguarding and first aid qualifications, and at least three years in talent development with a focus on female youth players.
