Facilities Maintenance Technician

Vita Student in Exeter is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our student residences in top condition. You will handle a range of maintenance tasks, respond to student and staff reports, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure building standards are upheld.

The role is permanent, with a 42.5-hour week and typical hours Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, with some flexibility. A customer-facing position requires good English, strong organisation and a proactive approach to safety and quality.
