We’re recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our client’s growing, friendly team based in Stratford Upon Avon. Whether you’re already working in customer service or have contact centre experience, this is an opportunity to build a long‑term career with excellent training, ongoing support, and genuine progression.
What you’ll receive
- £26,500 starting salary
- Monthly performance bonus of up to £250

The role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve queries and delivering an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions
- Updating customer records accurately
- Working towards achievable performance targets
- Delivering professional, friendly service on every interaction
