Job Overview

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations. This physically demanding, high‑intensity role keeps our stores running like clockwork. You’ll support the shop floor by managing stock, deliveries and all behind‑the‑scenes tasks that keep the shop full, clean and ready for customers.

Working Pattern

  • Sunday 10:00‑14:00
  • Wednesday 14:30‑22:30
  • Thursday 14:30‑22:30
  • Friday 14:30‑22:30

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt quickly across the store, handling early deliveries to late stock shifts.
  • Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock, focusing on availability and speed.
  • Work as a key cog in a team, supporting colleagues across functions.
  • Maintain fast, focused work to ensure product flow with urgency and accuracy.
