Autism Support Worker – Residential School (Term Time)

Randstad Education is helping a specialist school and residential setting near Forest Row recruit a Support Worker to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis (44 hours per week). The role involves 1:1 and small group support for children aged 6+ with complex needs in a nurturing, safe environment.

Requirements include a Level 3 Diploma in children’s residential care (desirable), relevant experience, and eligibility to work in the UK.
