Residential Support Worker – Special Needs School (Term Time)

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated support worker for a specialist school and residential setting in Tonbridge. The role is full-time and permanent (44 hours/week), with shifts including early and late hours. It supports around 100 learners aged 6+ with complex needs in a nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will work 1:1 and in small groups, with on-site training and progression opportunities. This is a term-time only role with a supportive leadership team.
