HLTA – SEND & Autism Support Lead (Secondary)

West Sussex County Council is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with ASC within the BASE SSC at Thomas Bennett Community College, Crawley. The role centers on bridging mainstream education with specialist provision for 19 students and coordinating with the SENCO and SEND team.

You will promote independence, adapt teaching to individual needs, and help prepare students for adulthood in a collaborative school setting.
